Cerah Ikhtiar has been granted C License by the Ministry of Human Resources (JTK) on 15th May 2019. Under Malaysia Private Employment Agency Act 1981 (“ACT”). Private employment agencies operating in Malaysia must have a C License under the Act (“License”) before they can carry out any local and foreign recruiting activity in Malaysia

• Licensed to carry out recruitment activities for local job seeker, foreign domestic servant and non citizenemployees in accordance with relevant laws, policies and procedures

• To represent clients in matters relating to application, recruitment and placement of foreign domestic servant and non-citizen employees ( inclusive of matters relating to government agencies such as KDN, JTK, JIM and others) 

• To place local job seeker oversea 

• To provide career seminars, career consultants, career counseling and job carnivals 

• To provide training / job adjustment training for employees not exceeding three days
